We guarantee the craftsmanship and materials of our work for your lifetime. Period.

Although we rarely need to repair or replace our work, we want you to feel confident. When you purchase our work, you are buying heirloom quality wood work. We use only the finest materials and time-tested craftsmanship, and they are made to last a lifetime.

If for whatever reason, we made a mistake, call us to explain what happened. When you return it, we will replace the woodwork or repair the defect.

The small print exclusions are the usual one for wear and tear. We are unable to guarantee our work against accidents and normal wear. For example, if the wood work is dropped and gets scratched or broken we’ll repair it, but send you a bill. Even our 100% American-made rayon velvet wears over time. We can replace it for you, but we’ll need to charge you unless the wear was caused by a defect in materials or craftsmanship.

For refunds we require you to notify us within 10 days of receipt.  We offer exchanges if notified within 30 days of receipt.
